des Stadtsportbundes (SSB), in seinen Begr\u00fc\u00dfungsworten zur j\u00e4hrlichen Mitgliederversammlung am vergangenen Dienstag im \u201eHasper Hammer\u201c die Aufgabenstellung seiner Vereinigung deutlich. \u201eDazu sind wir auch das Sprachrohr der Vereine gegen\u00fcber Politik und Verwaltung.\u201c Der Vorstand wurde am Ende der Veranstaltung entlastet, der Etatvorschlag f\u00fcr das Jahr 2023 ebenso einstimmig angenommen.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17.5pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman; color: #2c2c2c;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17.5pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman; color: #2c2c2c;\">Zu Flormanns Bedauern nehmen die Vereine das Angebot h\u00e4ufig nicht in Anspruch. Nur knapp 60 der 190 angeschlossenen Vereine stellten einen Antrag auf F\u00f6rderung der Vereinsdigitalisierung, ganze 5 Vereine hatten offene F\u00f6rdermittel im Bereich Jugend beantragt.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17.5pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman; color: #2c2c2c;\">\u201eDie gr\u00f6\u00dfte ehrenamtliche Bewegung in unserer Stadt Hagen\u201c nannte B\u00fcrgermeister Dietmar Thieser in seinem Gru\u00dfwort den Stadtsportbund. Er ist guter Dinge, dass der Rat der Stadt Hagen im Herbst den Sportentwicklungsplan verabschiedet, der Zugang zu weiteren F\u00f6rderprogrammen bietet. \u201eEs mangelt nicht an Ideen, sondern an finanziellen Mitteln. Das Programm bietet die Grundlage f\u00fcr deren Verwirklichung.&#8220;<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17.5pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman; color: #2c2c2c;\">Eine Herausforderung sieht der SSB in dem ab 2026 g\u00fcltigen Anspruch auf Ganztagesbetreuung. \u201eDie Kinder werden viel l\u00e4nger in der Schule bleiben und damit weniger Zeit f\u00fcr Bewegung haben\u201c, bef\u00fcrchtet Tim Fischer. Der SSB will mit Bewegungs- und Sportangeboten an Kinderg\u00e4rten und Schulen herantreten. Ziel soll es sein, st\u00e4dtische Einrichtungen und benachbarte Vereine zu paaren und in Kooperation zu bringen.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17.5pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman; color: #2c2c2c;\">Einen gro\u00dfen Raum nahm das Thema \u201esexualisierte Gewalt im Sport\u201c ein. Die Sportjugend NRW hatte letztes Jahr beschlossen, dass nur noch Vereine gef\u00f6rdert werden, die \u00fcber ein geeignetes Schutzkonzept verf\u00fcgen. Der SSB bietet Hilfestellung bei der Erstellung eines solchen Konzepts unter dem Motto \u201eKurz und Gut\u201c in Form von Pr\u00e4senz- und Online-Seminaren an. Hier wird erl\u00e4utert, was zu tun ist, wenn Verantwortliche entsprechende Hinweise auf sexuelle \u00dcbergriffe bekommen.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17.5pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman; color: #2c2c2c;\">Einen Schwund an Mitgliedern, aber auch an \u00dcbungsleitern und Trainern hat der SSB festgestellt. Dem soll unter anderem mit einem Aktionstag entgegen gewirkt werden, den Karsten-Thilo Raab vom Servicezentrum Sport vorstellte. Am 9. September k\u00f6nnen sich alle Vereine in den Sportst\u00e4tten rund um den Ischeland der \u00d6ffentlichkeit vorstellen.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-size: 17.5pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; color: #2c2c2c; mso-ansi-language: DE; mso-fareast-language: DE; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">Seit 2020 ist Hagen eine der 35 Au\u00dfenstellen des Sportbildungswerks NRW, das seinen Sitz in Duisburg hat. Die Ausbildung ist ortsunabh\u00e4ngig, allerdings sind die Hagener Vereine mit ihrem Mitgliedern im Bereich Aus- und Fortbildung bei den Lehrg\u00e4ngen unterrepr\u00e4sentiert. Bei der letzten \u00dcbungsleiterausbildung kamen von 23 Teilnehmern nur sechs aus Hagen. Trotz des Pandemie-Endes werden im Bereich Qualifizierung aufgrund des R\u00fcckgangs der Teilnehmerzahlen Mindereinnahmen erwartet. Sehr gut dagegen laufen Formate, die in Kursform angeboten
